OSX Startup Files + check_mailscanner patch

One thing I completely forgot in my original, was you need to add a line 
to /etc/hostconfig:
MAILSCANNER=-YES-

So a simple echo "MAILSCANNER=-YES-" >> /etc/hostconfig should get the job 
done.
