I think that you'd edit "inline.sig.txt" and "inline.sig.html" in the MS 
report directory, then make sure that "Inline HTML Signature = 
%report-dir%/inline.warning.html" and "Inline HTML Signature = 
%report-dir%/inline.warning.txt" are uncommented in MailScanner.conf.
