Question about from address

I have this option specified:
Add Envelope From Header = yes
That is what adds this header:
MailScanner-From: frame< @ >scrappy.surveyspot.com
And I still do not understand why it shows this address and not the address
that is shown in my sendmail list as being the sender:
sendmail[12558]: k34KuiHl012558: from=<frame< @ >scrappy.surveysampling.com>
