I've updated MailScanner as suggested & supplied the "broken" message
directly to Julian. Hopefully this will help with this issue. Thanks for
the responses.

We had a number of customers with exactly the same problem on 4.51.5 -
an upgrade to 4.51.6 solved the problem for them.
