Sign Clean Messages in MailScanner 4.45

Did you "reload" or "restart" MailScanner after making the change?
The feature works just fine, as far as I am aware.

I would, of course, be happier if you left it enabled, it gets=20=20
MailScanner more publicity :-)
But you should certainly be able to disable it!
