Sign Clean Messages in MailScanner 4.45

Since I have installed MailScanner last version 4.45 most delivered clean 
messages are signed with
"This message has been scanned for viruses and
dangerous content by MailScanner, and is
believed to be clean."

but I checked
Sign Clean Messages = no
in Mailscanner.conf

How can I disable this feature at all?
