[MAILSCANNER] Ignore test message

No, it's up, but it has suddenly started tagging all the subject  
lines. And this appears to be a per-user setting. And I don't believe  
everyone suddenly switched it on at the same time.
I have logged a fault about it, and am waiting for them to get back  
to me.
