Is there anyway for Outlook clients to control white/black lists?

whitelists and blacklists. It communicates with a PHP server module.

Hello,

Is there anyway for users of Outlook to control their white/black lists?
What I'd really like is a plugin that would simply allow the user to
click "whitelist" or "blacklist" while an email is highlighted.

Is there anything like that out there? Or something similar?
