Problem with Ignore Whitelist

There's a setting in the MailScanner.conf called:
Spam List =

This can be a ruleset. You may want to try and make a ruleset and have no RBL for this user.
Can they send when they only have one user?

At 250 recipients, they should probably be using a real eMail list. I believe most email hosting services won't allow this many 
addresses at once from a workstation or standard client program, I know I don't.
