How to accept all mail and forward to another SMTP server?

I have this exact setup. All the configuration to make mail forward to the end server is done in sendmail. You have to make an entry 
in the mailertable to send all email from that domain to the name of the other server. Be sure that your sendmail.cf has the 
mailertable feature enabled and be sure to run makemap on the mailertable file to get the appropriate db file.
