question about clamav-wrapper path

Ok, clamav-wrapper is in /usr/lib/MailScanner. It only works when I type in
the whole path. Im wondering if the path needs to be added to the
environment in order for MailScanner to work correctly and if so, how do I
add it to the environment? Im running fedora core 4
