Understanding blacklisting

Hi Nigel

best place to to this is (I find) Spamassassin.

enable the RBL's in SA and they will merely add to the SA score, rather
than acting as a complete blacklist when used in MailScanner.conf

Looking at the docs the setting SHOULD do as you summize, but given
recent traffic on this list I'd suggest 'somethings amiss'

Julian - can you have a look at this setting and confirm/deny it works
and if it does work how it should work.
