4.42.3 included perl modules

I have upgraded to
Compress-Zlib 1.34
File-Temp 0.16
Extutils-MakeMaker 6.30

Let me know if there is any reason I should have only upgraded to the
versions you mentioned below, and not to the latest CPAN releases
(above).
