SA "body" rules for German Sober generated spam.

I've uploaded a SA ruleset that stops messages with spoofed
"Undeliverable Mail" subject lines
containing links to the same sober generated German web sites.

We've been getting a few of these slip through each day.

Adjust the score weight based on rules you already have in place.
