Any advice with score would be great.

This is the old Nigerian scam. Are you sure your rules are up to date
and in the proper path?
Is your rules_du_joir script up to date?

What does
spamassassin --lint -D -p /etc/MailScanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf
show?
