Wrong Block Attach

Why some times my MailScanner block a attach wrong?
The real file is 'PRICE M_FNE.ppt'  but its blocked because their name
list other thing.... iso-8859-1?Q?PRICE_M .....

Saved infected "Price M_FNE.ppt" to
/var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine/20050331/440069
