Do you block .doc, js, pst, or excel files in filename.rules.conf?
If so, you probably need to change your Maximum Archive Depth to 0 in
MailScanner.conf.
This setting doesn't affect virus scanning, it just affects how deep
MailScanner digs into zipfiles when applying filename and filetype rules.
