question about archive format

yes, they are raw EXIM queue files.

As per the Mailscanner Faq-o-matic, I tried to create a "Non Spam Action"
rulset to forward mail:

FromOrTo:       default deliver forward maildrop at thisdomain.com

but nothing goes to this mail account?

My mail accounts are all Cyrus IMAP mailboxes on the same machine as this.
