inline html warning vs. text warning

    [ The following text is in the "ISO-8859-1" character set. ]
    [ Your display is set for the "US-ASCII" character set.  ]
    [ Some characters may be displayed incorrectly. ]

It will write the HTML warning into the body of HTML emails, and the
Text one into text emails. If you are looking at the plain text of the
message, you will naturally see the text version of the file.
