Graphic Based Spams

Are they img tags that point to an external server?

If so, use SA 3.0, or 2.64 with the Mail::SpamCopURI add on so you can do
SURBL queries.
Also consider razor for this.

If the images are embedded attachments, razor and dcc are your best tools.
