Problem Spamassassin - Mailscanner

Hello,

I have problem with spamassassin and mailscanner it detect no spam mail as
spam though spam score is less than 5.
What could be wrong? I am using Debian with latest updates.

MailScanner-SpamCheck: spam, SBL+XBL, SORBS-SPAM,
        SORBS-DNSBL, SpamAssassin (score=1.853, required 5,
        DEAR_SOMETHING 0.80, RCVD_IN_SBL 1.05)
