It looks like the default data in mysql is not correct;

   echo "DROP DATABASE fsmg;" | /usr/bin/mysql

   /usr/bin/mysql < /opt/Fortress/defaults/fsmg.sql

will reload the defaults. If that doesn't solve the problem, Please let me
know.
