shipment time for the MailScanner book

Hi guys,

has any one bought the MailScanner in US, how many days it takes to ship
over there. I am pretty confused whether I should ask for shipment in
India or in US. Can anybody give me an approximate time frame. I need it
shipped in 3 weeks, will I get the delivery in US in that duration.
