bitdefender FreeBSD - solved FSBD and RHEL4

Change to the latest scriptes (mine were 4.29 verisons) and BDC will
work as it should in freebsd.

RHEL4 requires compat-libstdc++3.3 tpo be installed. Available from the
RHELAS4 channel on the rhn.
