ipwhois.rfc-ignorant.org has been deprecated on 1/1/2005, see:
http://lists.megacity.org/pipermail/rfci-discuss/2004-October/003094.html

To get rid of the DNS-delays, set in spam.assassin.prefs.conf:
score RCVD_IN_RFCI 0.0
