Try
/usr/local/libexec/MailScanner/bitdefender-wrapper /opt/bdc .

.... And (looking at SweepViruses.pm) perhaps
/usr/local/libexec/MailScanner/bitdefender-wrapper /opt/bdc --arc --mail
--all .

... Still no go?
