The only problem I've come across with SELinux was when setting up cgi 
directories under an Apache server.  I had to assign the 
httpd_sys_script_exec_t option to the directory before SELinux would 
allow the web server to execute them.  I guess a profile for MailScanner 
would need to be created to make SELinux happy.
