Disclaimer only for outgoing mail?

Dear experts,
we are using the "Sign clean message" feature to add our firm's 
Disclaimer/footer to each mail.
It's working quite well but has of course the effect that also the 
incoming mails carry this text.
Is there any way within Mailscanner.conf to restrict the Disclaimer 
attachment only to our outgoing mail?
