how to stop russian spam?

Hi Pete,

Ok, you're right. It MIGHT not be Russian. It could be Polish, Ukranian, 
or some other cyrillic language. It's definitely not German though 
because we've got backwards Ns and Rs, and a whole bunch of characters 
that our alphabet doesn't have.
