Header added to outgoing messages

Julian,

right now, I noticed that an "X-MailScanner: Found to be clean" is added 
if a domain gets a "Bcc:" of an email, is that an expected behaviour ?

Let's say the ruleset for scans looks like this:

To:             a.com                 yes
To:             b.com                 yes
To:             default               no


Now I send an Email To: c.com with a Bcc: b.com . 
The email to c.com isn't actually scanned, nonetheless the header gets added.
