Another thing that would be great is in the rules being able to set a
separate To: and From: for the same rule.

I have two mail hubs that receive email, scan it and send it on to
another mail server where the users reside. Actually depending on the
domain that could be one of many destination mail servers. So the Hub has
no knowledge of what a valid
end user email address is. However I do occasionally get requests from
users to whitelist certain from addresses, but I would like to say on
some of them to whitelist From:xxx at example.com To:yyy at domain.net. So the
whitelist doesn't effect other users. There are many times where I have
and need to whitelist anything From:xxx at example.com to anyone or to
whitelist everything To:yyy at domain.net as well.
