MCP on a per domain basis

This page (http://www.sng.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailscanner/install/mcp/)
seems to suggest that there is no way for MCP to be used based on a
supplied ruleset. Am I right in thinking this?

If so are there any plans for adding this as a feature? If not can
anyone point me to the right place?
