It *might* make an annoying guest appearance again, to solve the problem 
permanently add the following to:

spam.assassin.prefs.conf
========================
razor_config /etc/razor/razor-agent.conf

/etc/razor/razor-agent.conf
============================
razorhome = /etc/razor
