MCP and Rulesets

Yea,  
I setup a rule set to test it and I have it working,  At this point, I think it's just a matter of asking Julian to add the appropiate comments to the MCP section to let everyone know which options can be rulesets.

These are the options I have tested for rulesets, and are working.
MCP Required SpamAssassin Score = 
MCP High SpamAssassin Score = 10

MCP is a second spamassassin run, AFAIK it supports everything SA 
supports, simply because it *is* SA.
