Keyword Content filtering W/O SA?

MCP requires SA correct? I can't install SA because it requires a
newer version of perl than what is installed on my MS boxes and I'm
not sure I need SA anyway. Are there alternatives? Is it possible to
setup a content rule file to delete spam messages based on
keywords? It doesn't seem that MailScanner will look at the message
header or content and delete based on a ruleset. How about
something other than SA?
Julian, can MS be modified to use a simple ruleset for content filtering?
