OT Changing the locahost.localdomain value

When I get emails from my MailScanner machine they are from:
postmaster at localhost.localdomain for example.

How can I change this to what I want it to?

If I type host it returns: WoodenMS.woodmaclaw.local which is what I
want it to be.
