Simple ReadMe Document?

Does anyone know of a simple Readme Doc for users?
 
I was looking for something I could send new e-mail users that would
explain
the do's and don'ts for using MailScanner/ClamAV/SpamAssasin systems.
I can find bits and pieces but no single "easy to understand"
documantation.
