What BlackLists to use..

Actually, thats the best part and the most efficient depending on the amount of
users you have to support. The closer to the actual connection you can block
people (firewall, MTA) the better.

The only downside to blocking at MTA is that you can't "ignore" hosts that are
on the RBL's so if your business partners get on an RBL you have to get
creative about routing mail from them.
