MailScanner and Vexira

Beta release 4.38.7 is out with support for the latest Vexira in there.

It assumes Vexira has been installed into /usr/local/vexira by default.
If it's not there, you will just need to edit
/etc/MailScanner/virus.scanners.conf to tell it where it is installed.
