Sorry, I strongly disagree.

I will leave others to list out a few of the many reasons for using bcc.
Would you really like your email address to be given out to everyone
else in every mailing list you are a member of? A spammer subscribes to
a list and automatically gets given a 100% accurate list of active email
accounts read by people with interest in the list subject. They'll think
it's Christmas every day!
There are countless reasons for needing bcc, most of which are
blindingly obvious.
