custom inline signatures and RBL feedback

$to (envelope and header), $rcvd_from_ip, $reason_for_munging_the_message
(it's spam, it's a virus, it's bad content), $action (disarmed this,
disarmed that, deleted, stored, etc.)

These are just suggestions, not requests. Would love the functionality,
though!
