4.39.3-1 bug or is it me?

It appears in the Spam Bounce handler, the Spam Notify handler, the
Attachment-Warning.txt generator, and the Warn Sender code.
It will happen if you have a missing filename for one of the report
files, or if the report files don't exist. Check your MailScanner.conf
carefully, and check your %report-dir% points to the right place, and
you haven't mis-spelled anything.
