AWL again

Hello all,
We are running MailScanner 4.35.11 with SpamAssassin 3.0.1. It has been working great for the last two months but last week we started getting AWL scores above 100. All the talk before about this problem involved SpamAssassin 2.X and that it was fixed in 3.X.

When I run check_whitelist I can't find a record for the sending email address. What I did find was a bunch of records that had a message count of "0".

I have a few questions.

Does anyone have any idea what I should check to find out why these messages are getting such a high AWL score?

Why is are there records with a message count of "0" in the database.

Does it make sense to run AWL on an MTA?

Thanks
Keith Chong
