Mailscanner Problem with Microsoft Outlook ?

You might want to set Expand to 'no' and Deliver Unparsable TNEF to
'yes'. See if that fixes the problem.

Beyond that if that doesn't fix the problem, can you give a little
more backgroud as to the email server you are using? What is the
setup, Tim and Tom are on the same system? I am assuming it is a *nix
system with other email accounts? Have you tried html or plain text
emails?

So you MTA from the maillog is saying it is sent?
