about to head off home for the w/end, but have a look in the 
spam.assassin.prefs.conf (there's a setting to turn off the RBL tests, 
comment it out) and then in /usr/local/share/spamassassin there'll be a 
rule file with all the avaiable RBL's in them

for the ones you don't want, make the score zero in 
spam.assassin.prefs.conf and restart MS after.

here's a snippet from mine (SA 3.02 based) ...
