Beta 4.39.1 released

The biggest single feature you are missing is the "phishing net" which
is acknowledged by other people to be at the forefront of the phishing
detection market. That opinion is from people who work with governments
and major banks. But I would wait for the stable 4.39 unless you want to
run the latest beta, due to a phishing net bugfix.
