Allowing PDF files

 I believe this was all part of the "PDF Woes" thread back in May of 2004.
If I'm not mistaken, the problem had to do with PDF's that were sent as
quoted printables as the mime type, which was causing some problems for
MailScanner.

 The June release included a patch that was supposed to fix the problem.
