{Disarmed} page did not come through

I have something I have not seen before.

I am running CentOS 4.1
Mailscanner 4-47.4-2
sendmail 8.13.4-1
MailWatch 1.0.1
spamassasin 3.1.0
webmin 1.210

My boss did not receive his alpha page today from a user, but during a
test page to himself he received it just fine.

In my aliase file, he is setup fine, (he must be since this has not been
a problem before and he successfully tested an alpha page to himself)

I had looked in the MailWatch logs and found the alpha page for him,
along with other users, but when I checked /var/log/maillog here is what
I get:
I am not sure why his alpha page did not get processed...any ideas?
