I figured out what you meant by the K script (duh), but why would I need one... just curious

Subject: Process did not exit cleanly

Debian 3.1
Mailscanner 4.41.3-2
Spamassassin 3.0.3-2
Postfix 2.1.5-9
MailWatch 1.0.3

I've had to rebuild Mailscanner and Spamassassin over the last few days and
did a complete uninstall and reinstall.
Mail started working okay both incoming and outgoing, had a look at my
/var/log/messages and started noticing a continuing entry of the following
messages. Anyone know the fix?

I getting repeated messages in /var/log/messages stating:
Dec 31 09:00:40 mail postfix: Process did not exit cleanly, returned 126
with signal 0 Dec 31 09:00:51 mail postfix: Process did not exit cleanly,
