Beta 4.49.5 released --- Postfix speedups

I have managed to implement the same speed improvements for Postfix that 
I have already implemented for sendmail and Exim. Hopefully this will 
make somewhere near the speed improvement on Postfix that has been seen 
on the others.

Please let me know if you see any speedup on Postfix systems.

I have also upgraded the version of the tnef expander that I ship, to 
the latest available version. Full details of all changes are in the 
Change Log.
